With a vision to provide best-practice care and a tailored, culturally specific approach, St Sergius Aged Care offers a range of services to meet different individual needs.
When they visit St Sergius Aged Care, Warriewood locals will find a welcoming and homelike facility just outside Sydney. We want to enable all consumers to maintain their quality of life – whether that means providing extra support for consumers living in their own homes, in independent living units, or within high or low care units.
The Russian Relief Association of St Sergius of Radonezh (known as St Sergius Aged Care) is a not for profit, public benevolent institution providing services to older persons for over 50 years.
A Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer oversights our operations, ensuring care and services are of the highest standard and legislative and compliance requirements are met. We are proud to have consistently achieved full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
We specialise in multicultural care for older persons of Slavic and Assyrian heritage and of the Russian Orthodox faith. We approach ‘aging’ with dignity and confidence in your ability to achieve your full potential.
Find Out MoreAn important part of ageing with dignity includes the ability to continue to participate meaningfully in cultural traditions. Within an environment of trust, respect, innovation, and compassion, we celebrate traditional feast days, and serve delicious, dietitian-approved home-style Russian meals each day.
All TVs within the facility can show local, Russian, and Serbian programs. Our onsite chapel is open to all denominations for services, private prayer, and contemplation. We also assist all consumers who wish to do so to attend services at the neighbouring Russian Orthodox Church. Everyone is supported to maintain their privacy and individuality whilst receiving assistance and support to participate in daily activities.
To learn more about our services in aged care, Warriewood locals can contact the St Sergius team by phone or email.

Read More"My company is a supplier to aged care facilities. Among many facilities that we've visited, St. Sergius is undeniably one of the best. It is run not just as a business, but also as a community. Highly recommend."
Extremely happy with the care the dedicated team provide. I am very comfortable knowing Mum is being cared for by people who like caring for oldies.
Thank you for looking after my mum. Great Staff and very clean and caring environment.
"Excellent Nursing Home... Very High Standards... Very Clean... Great Kitchen At The Front With Amazing Food"
Can't praise them highly enough. So much care, love, compassion and help for our treasured ones when I wasn't allowed to release him home from hospital. They were incredibly kind and supportive. Wonderful church support also. Side-note.. Accounting was so much simpler and up-front than another respite care home we used temporarily. Just really beautiful people.
