Our Committees

St Sergius operates committees to support the Board and Executive in their roles of oversighting and operating the Home. 

  • The Finance Committee is inclusive of a certified, highly qualified practising accountant (CPA) to ensure we meet our company and prudential obligations. 
  • The Resident Welfare Committee includes the participation of resident and relatives and reports directly to the Board. In this way the Board ensures it receives feedback on the quality of care and services directly from our customers. 
  • The Risk and Audit Committee oversights all areas of material risk, including clinical risk, associated with the operation of aged care.
