About Membership

Membership involves:

• Participating at St Sergius annual meetings and other meetings held throughout the year
• Voting on decisions that effect the company at these meetings
• The right to receive and provide feedback on our annual report
• Participation in the appointment of new directors
• Paying an annual membership fee
• Being over 18 years of age

Due to the recent global pandemic and significant changes across the aged care industry, St Sergius Board and workforce have faced even greater challenges and unprecedented demands. Our goal for over 65 years has been to ensure St Sergius provides the very best care for older persons in the community. We can’t do this alone and rely on our members to provide the support we need to ensure we continue to provide the very best in aged care.
