At St Sergius Aged Care Community Centre in Cabramatta and Blacktown, our Social Support Group offers a welcoming, structured program of group-based activities designed to bring joy, connection, and variety to your routine. It’s also a great way to give carers a well-deserved break from time to time..

Generally available to people aged 65 and over.

When we receive your government assessment, we’ll carefully review it to ensure we can meet your care needs and personal preferences.
Our Care Partner will invite you to a short interview at our Community Centre in Cabramatta. Please allow around one hour for this meeting. To get started, we’ll ask you to provide the following documents:
St Sergius operates in line with the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Principles, and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. We also uphold the Statement of Rights, which is available in your preferred language.
We regularly review our services and work closely with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to ensure continuous improvement. Our staff, volunteers, and contractors are all police-checked, and we provide ongoing training to maintain the highest standards of care.
Our Social Support Group runs Monday to Thursday and offers a vibrant, structured program of activities. A schedule is sent to clients in advance.
$15.00 per person, per day for Clients with CHSP funding, please refer to Support at Home fees for Clients on Homecare or Support at Home Packages
