For those looking for tailored, culturally specific care that follows nursing best practices, St Sergius offers a range of options to provide for your needs in ageing in place or home-based aged care. Wahroonga locals can visit our facility to experience the welcoming, homelike atmosphere, where we meet the physical, psychological, spiritual, and emotional needs of consumers in a safe, professional, and caring manner.
You can expect dietician approved meals based on traditional Russian home-style cooking, and TV programs in English, Russian, and Serbian. We host concerts, and take bus outings for community activities.
The Russian Relief Association of St Sergius of Radonezh (known as St Sergius Aged Care) is a not for profit, public benevolent institution providing services to older persons for over 50 years.

We specialise in multicultural care for older persons of Slavic and Assyrian heritage and of the Russian Orthodox faith. We approach ‘aging’ with dignity and confidence in your ability to achieve your full potential.

Extremely happy with the care the dedicated team provide. I am very comfortable knowing Mum is being cared for by people who like caring for oldies.
Thank you for looking after my mum. Great Staff and very clean and caring environment.
"Excellent Nursing Home... Very High Standards... Very Clean... Great Kitchen At The Front With Amazing Food"
Can't praise them highly enough. So much care, love, compassion and help for our treasured ones when I wasn't allowed to release him home from hospital. They were incredibly kind and supportive. Wonderful church support also. Side-note.. Accounting was so much simpler and up-front than another respite care home we used temporarily. Just really beautiful people.
