The Russian Relief Association of St Sergius of Radonezh (known as St Sergius Aged Care) is a not for profit, public benevolent institution providing services to older persons for over 50 years.
A Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer oversights our operations, ensuring care and services are of the highest standard and legislative and compliance requirements are met. We are proud to have consistently achieved full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
We specialise in multicultural care for older persons of Slavic and Assyrian heritage and of the Russian Orthodox faith. We approach ‘aging’ with dignity and confidence in your ability to achieve your full potential.

There is no reason aged care should not be centred on a life well lived. We organise bus trips and community outings, as well as assisting all consumers who wish to attend the neighbouring Orthodox Church or in-house chapel to do so. We provide a wide range of services within St Sergius. Our gym is open to consumers and staff, and is overseen by a qualified physiotherapist 5 days a week. We offer occupational therapy, and run a varied recreational activities program.
We have aimed to create a welcoming environment at St Sergius Aged Care. Strathfield families can tour the facilities which include BBQs available for use by consumers and staff, a hairdressing salon, library, optometrist, dental, and podiatry services.

Can't praise them highly enough. So much care, love, compassion and help for our treasured ones when I wasn't allowed to release him home from hospital. They were incredibly kind and supportive.
