What are private home care services?

We offer private home and community care services without the need for a government assessment. For some clients, this is an efficient way of quickly receiving the care and services you need, whilst waiting for assignment of a government funded home care service.

Eligibility

You don’t need a government assessment to access our private home care services. When we meet with you, we will review your needs and preferences to ensure we can offer you the services you are requesting.

Services in Detail

Our friendly and qualified staff offer the following services:

Meals and food preparation
Cleaning, laundry, and other chores
Home or garden maintenance
Bathing, hygiene, and grooming
Transport
Social outings, groups and visitors and assistance staying connected to your community

All staff, volunteers and contractors are police checked.

Fees

The cost of service is $61.00 per hour (plus GST) from Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm. Please contact us for a complete list of our evening, night and weekend rates.
