This Schedule provides information on the price for the home care Sydney locals can access through a Home Care Package, alongside other common services. The costs will be deducted from your overall package budget. There are many other services you can access through a Home Care Package that are not listed below. This may include allied health services, home maintenance, aids or equipment which may form part of your Care Plan.
Services delivered as part of your Care Plan are GST-free. Costs relating to exit amounts are not GST-free. For further information, please see the St Sergius Home Care provider’s full price list or contact the Accounting Department of St Sergius Home Care Service (details included below).
The St Sergius staff are highly trained, compassionate, and competent. With our Home Care Packages, Sydney residents can live more independent and fulfilling lives.
Our culturally sensitive home care supports consumers to maintain a high quality of life. All employees of St Sergius show respect, and the highest levels of care, in order to meet the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of consumers in a safe, professional, and caring manner.
We provide a range of nursing, home and garden maintenance, and physiotherapy services. All of these services are designed to fit into a Home Care Package that will support the individual needs of the consumer.
By providing the best practice home care Sydney residents can rely on, the staff at St Sergius assist those within the community to live more active, engaged, and fulfilling lives. Our tailored Home Care Packages are delivered by supported, well-trained staff, so that you can be assured of the best of care, whether receiving Clinical Care provided by a Registered Nurse, or support with light gardening or household tasks.

Note: You may be required to make a contribution to the cost of your care by paying an Australian Government Income Tested Care Fee and/or Basic Daily Fee. The Home Care Package funding amounts are current as of 1 July 2019. Further information about your contributions is available on My Aged Care.
Care management is an important service that includes coordinating care and services that will help you deliver on the goals you identified in your Care Plan. Every Home Care Package, including those being self-managed, will require some level of care management.
