St Sergius provides tailored aged care services. Sydney families can access a range of services, from social support groups and Home Care Packages, to ageing in place care and palliative care.
As a part of local Russian and Slavic communities since 1945, we follow best practice methods to provide culturally safe and ethnic-specific care. We wish for our consumers and residents to experience respect, trust, and dignity.
Basing our care on the belief that every person should be able to experience life to the fullest within their own cultural traditions and values, we see St Sergius as a vital and involved segment of the community. Located adjacent to the Russian Orthodox Church, within vibrant Cabramatta, we organise both regular outings, and in-centre visits from chaplains of all denominations. We hold concerts and craft sessions, and run exercise programs and cooking groups.
By creating a homelike environment, we hope for all residents and consumers to experience the care and assistance that they need to live a fulfilling life. Our independent living units provide emergency support and general household and garden maintenance. There is also the option to access meals and allied health services.
If they would like to learn more about our aged care services, Sydney locals can contact St Sergius to talk to our caring staff, or to view the facility for themselves.
